Privacy Notice

SMG collects video recordings of your responses as part of the services (“Customer Data”). We use a combination of machine learning tools and statistical algorithms to translate your speech into written text and analysis of your speech (“Derived Data”). We also use a combination of Customer Data and Derived Data to create transcripts and captions, to analyze and interpret speech patterns and context, further develop our services and improve the tools and technologies used to generate and analyze the Derived Data (“Approved Purposes”).

You are not required to use a recordingto answer our survey, and you can always choose to continue adding the information manually. If at any point you would like us to remove (delete) your video, you can do so by sending us an e-mail to privacyofficer@smg.com or by writing to Privacy Lead, Service Management Group, LLC, 770 Market Street PMB 6000, Farmington, MO 63640

By continuing with the video recording, you agree that SMG and our service providers may collect, use, store, and otherwise process your Customer Data and Derived Data for the Approved Purposes. For additional information, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
